Please observe the terms and conditions explained below. When ordering or visiting this website, you are reminded that you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. Any alternative terms and conditions on the part of the customer shall not apply unless we confirm these in writing.

Payment

Our only method of payment is through PayPal during checkout. All sales are considered complete from the moment payment is taken.

Shipment

All orders are shipped from our studio in Copenhagen, Denmark. Shipping rates are indicated at the checkout. We do not ship outside of the EU.

Returns

Refunds for returns are only permitted if the item does not satisfy you. You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions. Please note that we offer a refitting service free of charge if the item does not fit you. In all cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with returning any item.

Order cancellation

No cancellations and exchanges are allowed on made-to-order garments after production has started. We suggest you reach out to us at contact@garmentsondemand.eu prior to committing to an order for advice.

Disclaimer

All items are made from dead stock or using vintage fabrics, therefore, color variations and flaws may appear and are not considered a defect. It will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for intended use. Please note that extra care must be applied when wearing silk and knit items, due to their natural limitations and fragility.

Garments on Demand shall refuse any complaint for items if they have been worn or used contrary to their intended use or fit limitations.
